Twin Sisters Receive Birthday Cards From Dad Who Died!

Twin sisters, Rose and Sophia, are receiving special birthday messages from their late father who passed away from a brain tumour at the age of 34. Before his death, their father, Nick Keenan, wrote future birthday cards for his daughters for the next 30 years. This heartfelt gesture was inspired by the plot of the book and film "P.S. I Love You," where the protagonist's late husband leaves messages to aid in her emotional recovery.

Nick's wife, Victoria, shared that he wanted to be with their daughters in spirit as they celebrated their birthdays without him. The girls recently opened their fourth birthday cards, where their father encouraged them as they prepared to start school and reminded them to take care of each other. Nick was diagnosed with a brain tumour in 2015 and underwent treatment, including surgeries, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy.

Despite his health struggles, he remained a source of strength for his family and even supported his wife through their IVF journey. In March 2020, Nick was told that he had less than a year to live due to the tumour developing into a glioblastoma. He passed away in November 2020, leaving behind a loving family and a legacy of love through his heartfelt birthday cards. Victoria is now campaigning alongside Brain Tumour Research to increase research funding for brain tumours.
