Twins Share a Hug After Being Separated for 5 Days in Tenn. NICU: 'Cutest Thing Ever,' Says Mom!

A Tennessee mom, Meghan Huston, gave birth to twin boys, Declan and River, at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital. However, the twins were separated immediately after birth and spent five days in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). A video of their heartwarming reunion has since gone viral. In the viral video, River is seen wrapping his arm around his brother Declan's shoulder while both babies are cuddled up against their mom's chest. The video has been viewed over 3.5 million times on YouTube and over 19.4 million times on TikTok.

Meghan Huston found out she was pregnant in August 2022 and was worried about the health of the twins due to a previous miscarriage. However, the night before she took a pregnancy test, she saw a double rainbow, which she interpreted as a positive sign. After their birth, the twins spent 20 days in the NICU, with the first five days in separate incubators. Huston's husband captured the special moment on camera, and the video has received over 111,000 likes on YouTube and over 2 million likes on TikTok. Huston expresses her amazement at witnessing the bond between her twin sons, stating that it was "unreal" to see it in person.
