EJ Johnson, the son of basketball icon Magic Johnson, stunned in a silver and black high-neck dress with slits and white over-the-knee kinky boots at the Marvel Studios' Secret Invasion launch event in Hollywood. Johnson underwent gastric sleeve surgery eight years ago and has since lost 180lbs, which he maintains by nibbling on lighter meals throughout the day, working out with a trainer, and doing Pilates.

He has also cut out carbs and sugar from his diet. Johnson came out as gay publicly in 2013 and has appeared on shows such as Rich Kids of Beverly Hills, E! News, Fashion Police, Hello Ross, and Real Husbands Of Hollywood.
