2023/06/15

Themis Matsoukas, a chemical engineering professor at Penn State University, has been charged with open lewdness, indecent exposure, and sexual intercourse with an animal after allegedly being caught on a state forest trail camera performing sexual acts with his collie. Matsoukas was identified through a backpack he was carrying that was visible in trail camera footage from April and May. Rangers searched his home and found evidence matching the video, including a collie that matched the dog in the footage. Matsoukas has been relieved of his responsibilities and is on leave from the university. He allegedly began engaging in the lewd acts in the forest since 2014.
